Set above the Bannockburn Inlet and alongside the Lake Dunstan Trail, Carrick is where food, wine and landscape come together as one seamless experience.

Our restaurant, vineyard and cellar door share a single story — everything begins on our estate. Certified organic and grown with intention, our wines speak clearly of Bannockburn and the land that shapes them.

Our menus follow the rhythm of the seasons, celebrating Otago’s renowned beef and lamb, wild game, southern seafood, summer stonefruit and organic vegetables — much of it harvested from our kitchen garden, alongside olive oil from our trees and eggs from hens that roam the vines.
