Each year, we gather to unveil Excelsior — our flagship Pinot Noir, crafted from a single block above the old coal seam and made only in exceptional vintages.
The Excelsior Launch Dinner is an intimate evening that celebrates this remarkable wine in the place it was grown. Guests are guided through the story of the vintage, taste the new release alongside selected back vintages, and enjoy a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu designed to elevate every glass.
This is more than a wine dinner — it’s a celebration of land, patience and craft. A rare opportunity to experience Excelsior at its beginning, shared with those who appreciate the depth and character of Bannockburn at its finest.
