In the Glasshouse, we curate bespoke experiences shaped around wine and place.

Enjoy guided tastings led by our team, from estate and limited release selections to special back vintages and library pours - with stories from the vineyard and cellar woven throughout.

Tastings can be paired with tailored dining, each experience is designed to feel personal, immersive and distinctly Bannockburn.

Designed for a relaxed, shared dining experience, occasions in the Glasshouse unfold at an easy pace, from seasonal menus served generously to curated wine tastings that bring the vineyard and cellar into the room.

The Glasshouse can also be seamlessly incorporated with our restaurant, Waikana Room and garden spaces, allowing your gathering to move naturally between settings for a truly memorable experience.
