Enjoy seasonal food, handmade pizzas and estate wines by the glass or bottle, or join us for sunset beverages as the light softens across the Inlet. A relaxed, distinctly Bannockburn way to unwind.

Choose from a Trust the Chef experience, curated pizza packages, or hire the space and select your food and wine from the Waikana Room menu.
Set menus from both Carrick Restaurant and the Waikana Room are also available by arrangement.
Beverage packages are available, or allow us to craft a bespoke experience, including guided wine tastings designed to make your visit truly memorable.
