Named in honour of owners Tony and Ali’s first farm, the Waikana Room offers fireside comfort, a sun-drenched terrace and gardens overlooking the shimmering Bannockburn Inlet.

A relaxed wine-garden menu built around wood-fired pizzas and Mediterranean-inspired sharing plates, designed to pair naturally with Carrick wines.
Expect simple, flavourful dishes made for grazing and sharing, perfect for enjoying in the garden, with friends, or as an easy stop while exploring the area.
